SGP's rating team provides customers with a comprehensive rates management service that includes rates liability advice, appeal management and payment processing.

You want to ensure that you haven’t overpaid so a thorough rates audit investigates historical demands to match against factors such as occupation dates, exempt properties and local authority errors.

Following the 2010 rating revaluation, many customers have seen a large increase in rateable values. Early assessment of these new charges is advised to maximise the possibilities for providing savings.
