Cost management starts with understanding what you do and what you spend. We will audit existing delivery and spend on facilities management services and identify the areas with room for improvement.
Next, designing your solution. Specifying the appropriate service levels and procuring the right service partners ensures that you are only paying for the things that you want to pay for.
During mobilisation we will agree with you the appropriate cost control measures and processes to be implemented. Once the contract is operational, agreed cost controls regulate what jobs can be raised via the contact centre and real time visibility of all planned and reactive tasks gives you up to the minute information across your entire property estate.
A rigorous change control process ensures that as service requirement flexes up, down or sideways, everyone agrees and signs off any change.
Regular benchmarking of service provision across our contracts and against external indices ensures that we keep costs under control and you always know how SGP compares.
Compliance Management
We're not into scaremongering. Risk management is however a serious issue, but it has to take a pragmatic and practical approach.
What you will get from SGP is the certainty that everything we are responsible for will have health & safety built in, and as a minimum, will comply with all relevant legislation.
All of our service partners have to go through our BIFM award winning third party supplier approval process, Altius Assured Vendor. We believe Altius to be the most rigorous supplier assessment programme available to the general facilities management market and only once they have passed this assessment can they carry out works for us.
Our health & safety management system is OHSAS18001 certified. This means that in addition to regular internal auditing, independent monitoring takes place annually to ensure compliance. Further peace of mind for you.
Mobilisation Management
You have made the decision to implement a new maintenance or facilities management solution.
Each implementation is unique, an individual set of services specified for delivery to your unique set of properties. Within our project management framework we work with you to bring the service to life at your pace and in a way that respects your organisation's culture and ways of working.
Relevant members of your organisation will be vital to the successful setting up of the new service and you will be fully involved and participate in regular progress meetings so you always know how the project is going.
Under the project manager, implementation of each required service is managed by an expert in that particular area. They will liaise closely with the appropriate member of your staff to effect a seamless transfer. Whatever the task in hand, you can have the confidence in SGP's expertise and guidance to help assess decisions and, with you, make the right choices.
