Resolve

We have introduced an innovative web-based request management application that is proving very popular with customers with large numbers of geographically diverse sites.

Called Resolve, the application draws on all of the information held within our response management system but provides an easy to use interface that allows local managers greater control their budgets.

The system is fully customisable and the script engine allows each customer to have their own sets of questions for raising a job request. This makes the system extremely intuitive and has eliminated the need for anything more than a brief training session to get users up and running.

The system has also introduced the ability to rate every job. A simple 5 star perception scoring system has been introduced that allows users to rate every job taking into account the work carried out, the attitude of the contractor, timeliness etc. This has proved extremely valuable in driving up the quality of the services delivered.

Several customers are now using the system, either having replaced their telephone helpdesk service or using it to compliment the service.

Management Dashboard

We hold and gather masses of data on a day to day basis. But it means nothing if it isn't available in a relevant and useful way.

Our web-based management dashboard allows customers to see relevant, real time information about the activities taking place within their property portfolio, and service partners to see all of the activities that they are responsible for.

Customers can drill down to one property or view details for their entire portfolio, depending upon what they want to know. Reviewing maintenance jobs, jobs against particular assets, status of quotes and invoices can be done in real-time, anywhere with web access. The system also allows service providers to quote for jobs and customers to approved them, all on-line.

All in all a flexible tool that gives you complete transparency across your property or estate.
