You have made the decision to implement a new solution. Now you need experienced project managers taking charge of the mobilisation of your facilities or maintenance management solution.

Each implementation is unique, an individual set of services specified for delivery to your unique set of properties. Prince 2 project principles are applied but within that framework we work with you to bring the service to life at your pace and in a way that respects your organisation’s culture and way of working.

Our projects are divided into manageable stages and you will participate in regular progress meetings so you always know how the project is going.

Under the project manager, each required service is handled by an expert in that particular area. They will liaise closely with the appropriate member of your staff to effect a seamless transfer. Whatever the task in hand, you can have the confidence in SGP’s expertise and guidance to help assess decisions and make the right choices.
