Property and facilities management company SGP announces the award of a new three year maintenance management contract with NCP. NCP is the UK’s largest car park operator, founded in 1931 it has 640 car parks across the UK. NCP is committed to its social responsibilities, last year sourcing 100% of its electricity from green sources.
SGP is providing a range of services from the management of planned and reactive services to supply chain management support via a 24/7 helpdesk. SGP demonstrated an understanding of the security and health and safety challenges posed in the operation of car park facilities, and provide access to an extensive supply chain of high performing contractors.
George Murphy, the Building Services Engineer at NCP said, "When we tested the market for the provision of an integrated facilities maintenance function, SGP offered an all-embracing solution to a multi-facetted challenge. Through them we are able to access a national network of accredited suppliers with the assurance of transparency across the supply chain thanks to their independent management."
