Joint initiatives have realised many service enhancements such as the supplier performance scorecard which has significantly raised subcontractor performance and Fixmypub.com, an on-line ordering system for Punch’s managed estate.
The Fixmypub system has given pub managers the ability to raise over 80% of their requests via an intuitive web interface, resulting in increased visibility and control and reduced operating costs. Fixmypub.com was selected as a finalist in the 2010 BIFM awards.
HQ FM
SGP supported Punch throughout their project to move to their new campus HQ development. We provided space planning, project management, FM service development and procurement and now the ongoing on-site facilities management.
