The Atkinson Morley Wing at St. George’s Hospital, Tooting provides world class accommodation for renowned cardiothoracic and pioneering neuroscience departments. SGP provides a range of facilities management and estates services to the 240 bed Public Private Partnership (PPP) project that include:

- Domestics Service (Cleaning and Housekeeping)
- Pest Control (Prevention and Eradication Service)
- Project Management (Refurbishment and change of use)
- 24/7/365 Helpdesk
To ensure that PPP projects continue to deliver value for money throughout their lifespan, regular exercises are undertaken to benchmark services and prices. A recent market testing exercise saw SGP develop.
This project was a British Institute of Facilities Management awards finalist. It continues to demonstrate a true partnership approach and highlights the benefits that PPP can deliver in the healthcare sector.
