Commissioned by NHS Redbridge in London, Loxford Primary Care Centre was the first purpose built polyclinic in the UK. It is the first of five planned centres that forms part of the trust's strategy to bring appropriate hospital services into the heart of the community.
Aimed at addressing the well-being of the community, helping with social as well as health related issues, the NHS is working closely with voluntary and community groups, building up a network of local service providers who will be based in the building.
Following a public tender exercise, SGP was awarded the contract to provide a range of facilities management services to the new polyclinic that includes:.

- Management of maintenance provider
- Cleaning & janitorial services
- Porterage
- Room booking and hospitality
- Couriers
- Car park management
