Joseph Chamberlain is an independently governed sixth form college in Birmingham with over 1700 students accommodated in a state of the art building completed in 2008. It has received a number of awards including the Queen's Anniversary Prize for higher and further education and the Prime Minister's Award for Best Public Building. It also achieved an outstanding grade one following it's recent OFSTED inspection.

SGP was awarded a five year contract to provide a range of hard and soft facilities management services to this impressive new education facility. The team stepped up to the mark to mobilise services within a challenging four week timescale in time for the start of a new term. Services provided include:

  • Facilities management and helpdesk
  • Planned and reactive M&E maintenance
  • Cleaning and window cleaning
  • Security systems (CCTV and access control)
  • Waste management
  • Pest control
