Bucks New University
Bucks New University is located in the heart of High Wycombe with additional campus sites in Uxbridge and Chalfont. It is the only publicly-funded higher education institution in Buckinghamshire.
SGP provides a range of facilities management and estates services that include:
- FM management and administration
- Cleaning & window cleaning
- Security
- Waste management and recycling
- Grounds maintenance
- Car park management
A proactive service has been developed and introduced based around Red and Green periods. This approach evaluates the level of service frequencies required throughout the day and week based on usage and occupancy that ensures that resource allocation and cost are optimised.
The collaborative nature of our relationship with the University management team meant that we were able to step in at very short notice to provide interim services to the University’s student accommodation blocks following the incumbent facilities management company going into administration.
