Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) is the owner of many well known pub and pub-restaurant brands including All Bar One, Harvester, Ember Inns, Sizzling Pub Co and O’Neill’s.
SGP has provided a comprehensive facilities management solution to M&B since 2001.
Services were initially provided to M&B's three existing Birmingham buildings plus limited provision to the new Fleet Street HQ. SGP was also engaged to carry out the project for the move management of 600 staff into the new building. Services to the existing buildings were then managed out whilst the service provision to the new building was ramped up as all staff moved in.
