Business services provider Office2Office (O2O) operates under the brands of Banner, Accord and Truline. It has grown rapidly in recent years, making several acquisitions which have required integration into the business.

Initially instructed to provide Health & Safety consultancy across the group, O2O approached us to provide property management services for their growing group-wide portfolio. SGP's health and safety services cover system development, auditing, training and reporting and the property management service includes estate management, disposals, acquisitions & rent negotiations on rent review and lease expiry.

O2O has recently awarded additional work to cover quality and environmental management and to oversee rent & service charge payments across all their sites.
